Abstract :
In cognitive radio, the spectrum decision is crucial to the cognitive radio users, because it determines the communication channel and the transmission power. Traditionally, the spectrum decision doesn´t consider the correctness of the spectrum information, leading to lowly effective spectrum utilization. So in this paper, we combine the sensing and prediction to enhance the spectrum utilization and reduce the interference on the primary user. In addition, we propose an effective solution using the dual optimal theory. In the simulation, we discuss the performance of the proposed decision method.
