Abstract
In recent years, preventive treatment theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a foreland in the field of researches into human health. After achieving the evaluation system of constitution and the electronic medical record system, the health protection management system based on “prevention of disease” in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), designed by relational-like data base Access in VBA language, based on interface, function buttons, and menu, is going to be put into operation. This system consists of six parts: the brief sketch of prevention of disease part, the information collection part, the evaluation of constitution in TCM part, the diagnosis and treatment part, the Follow-Up part and the statistics part. This system shows some advantages, such as simple operation, good stability, low requirements of equipment configuration, vividly visual interface. the development of the system which collects the maximum information concerning a disease to offer practical advice to patients, can provide the basis of evidence-based medicine on individualized treatment for the characteristics of the long-term preservation of patients´ information.
