  • Abstract
    An analysis is made for the necessity of the simulation study about plastic injection molding process from the application viewpoint of precision injection parts. In the light of impairment principle resulting from injection part, weld sew and air bubble is discussed. The mathematical model is discussed in view of the digital simulation and its prediction and visibility of defects, which is proved to be good in actual application.
