Abstract :
We make a spiral inductor on a printed board. We call the spiral inductor Printed Spiral Inductor(PS-Inductor). The some PS-Inductors are overlapped, and a motion sensor and an acceleration sensor are constructed by using mutual inductance between the PS-Inductors. We propose an equivalent circuit model of when a secondary PS-Inductor is moved on some primary PS-Inductors. It is confirmed by a numerical calculation using PSpice and the equivalent circuit model that the motion sensor and the acceleration sensor can be made.
