Abstract :
Feasibility of utilizing current statistic model (CSM) into OTH non-maneuvering targets tracking is proved, upon which a method of OTH targets tracking is proposed combined with a recent velocity estimation algorithm (AVE). This method is compared with centralized data fusion of multi-station algorithm base on traditional CSM. The results of theoretical analysis and simulation verify this method has more nice accuracy and more flexible adaptability than those of traditional CSM and centralized multi-sensor CSM. Consequently, this method can be well utilized into OTH non-maneuvering targets tracking.
