Abstract
Summary form only given. There has been great interest in developing soft ferrite films for application such as cladding layers of integrated inductors or converters, electromagnetic wave absorbers. The spin-spray ferrite method has demonstrated a great advantage for low temperature deposition of Ni-Zn ferrite films with high permeability. It is expected to increase the resistivity of film, in processing of spin-spray plating, by adding Fe/sup 3+/ ions to the reaction solution containing Fe/sup 2+/, Ni/sup 2+/ and Zn/sup 2+/ ions. The aim of this work is to study the high frequency magneto-transport properties of Ni-Zn ferrite films, fabricated by spray plated method with the reaction solutions mixing of Fe/sup 2+/ and Fe/sup 3+/ ions.
