Abstract :
The advantages based on the wide pulse in time domain for measuring cable length are analyzed, the wide pulse is used for measuring the cable length, at the same time the precision is increased with delay line method. The high-precision measurement of cable length is achieved by the way that the software sorts, averages measure-time, screens the greater probability of event. The cause of the error is discovered and the corresponding data is got by analyzing the measuring data.
