Abstract :
In view of the characteristic of the inefficiency on measuring roundness manually in industry, we take advantage of the combination of theory that ranging by laser displacement sensors and servo control system, and pose least square circle assessing method to measure the roundness error. Thus, it realizes the requirements of enhancing the efficiency of measuring and on-line automatic detection. The way of implementation of this system would be discussed in this paper, and the feasibility of this testing method be verified through simulation.
