Abstract :
Summary form only given. An approach was developed to determine the magnetic properties for both top and bottom layers (L/sub Top/ and L/sub Bot/) of the SAF (synthetic antiferromagnetically coupled) media by measuring the minor-loops at different "H-field sweep-rate" with an AGFM.
