Abstract

Maintenance service is the basic function in higher education institutes support services to ensure normal teaching teachers and students in school and life is the ultimate goal. To do this service at least two things: rapid detection of failures; faster and better repair faults. Developing an online repair system, teachers and students found that the failure of infrastructure, you can too quickly through the system fault information will be reported to the maintenance department. Repair through the online system, students only need to fill out the information online, through the identification of key data can be easily and timely pass through the campus network maintenance center.
