Abstract :
In this paper, more detailed analyses on drum shell´s structure of the new drum hoist, according to the deformed conditions between the support wheels and shell, and the stresses distribution are obtained under radial press, bending moment and torsion. At the same time, multi-objectives optimization methods were used to solve the hoist design. It was useful to promote the design methods of the mine hoist in theory and practice.
