Abstract :
In order to overcome the slow convergence rate and large steady state error of Constant Modulus Algorithm (CMA), a new CMA is proposed. This new CMA can change the characteristic of error function by adjusting the segment position, so it can obtain a suitable odd symmetric error function. The efficiency of the method is proved by simulations with two-twist underwater acoustic channel and negative acoustic gradient underwater acoustic channel.
