Study on routing optimization problem of the logistics center

To optimize the whole delivery system can decrease logistics cost of the whole society, and bring bigger economic benefit and society benefit. Based on it, the time restrict required by clients is analyzed, time effect cost, and enacts punishment function is set up. Then multi-object mathematical model is set up. And the allocating-saving heuristic algorithm to solve the problem is built, the algorithm has simple operation process, quick speed and easy to be realized through computer.
