Abstract
In this paper, an interactive method between the user and the virtual 3D environment is proposed. By using the simple interpolation and linear algebra theory, people can interact by their body with the projected stereo objects image, which with negative 3D parallax, thus they look like the true 3D objects. The real-time stereo object location detecting system is implemented by using dual video camera and a laptop. Experimental results show that the proposed system performance is good and it allows the user to experience body movement interaction with a stereo vision at any given direction and position.
