Abstract :
Track-before-detect algorithm based on particle filter (PF-TBD) is a hotspot on detection and tracking for dim targets in low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) recently. This article analyzes the principle of TBD in Bayesian framework and confirms this mechanism with particle filter. Simulation results show that the analysis is valid and PF-TBD algorithm is efficient.
