Abstract :
Smart meters, as a new technical innovation, are assumed to be able to bring a more sustainable future especially for the household sector. Behavioral change of customers induced by such advanced technology infrastructure is a guarantee to achieve energy savings. Energy information feedback solutions can improve such change. This paper performs a socio-technical review on the feedback system based on smart metering system in order to promote sustainable energy consumption.
