  • Abstract
    A novel circular polarization twisted turnstile type antenna with a special type reflector is proposed. The antenna provides a close to hemisphere radiation pattern at main polarization and level of cross-polarization radiation less than -27 dB at any direction of the hemisphere. Numerical investigation of the antenna has been carried out using a developed software package crystal_CR, realizing Dubrovka-Tolkachov method. The antenna characteristics obtained are verified by HFSS code.
