Abstract
In this paper, a digital calibration method based on the H-infinity control approach is proposed for reducing the impact of the leakage of unshaped quantization noise from the first stage of the cascaded SDM due to the imperfect analog circuit. Simulation results show that the modulator with the proposed filter has the better signal-to-noise ratio performance than the conventional counterpart.
