Abstract :
The article is devoted to the use of nonparametric methods for evaluating the effectiveness of energy-saving devices. Approach takes into account the influence of external factors on the consumption of electrical energy. This method is used for energy-saving system that is installed on the electrical signalbox on the West-Siberian Railway. The first results of the experiment in the Russian Railways are presented in this article.
