Abstract :
Recently, UWB communication system based on Parallel Combinatory Spread Spectrum (PCSS-UWB) which owns efficiency and security capacity at the same time, has brought to our attention. In this paper, we mainly research on multi-user communication of PCSS-UWB system and present system performance over an AWGN channel, which influenced by other users. What´s more, we bring multi-user detection (MUD) technology into this system. The formulas and structure diagram help analyze the performance of PCSS-UWB. The simulation shows the system performance is improved more than 2 dB, which resulted from application of MUD technology. So in PCSS-UWB system, MUD technology can be used to improve the system performance.
