Abstract :
In this paper dual polarization radiator construction based on slot lines was designed for use in the nondestructive testing of materials and components. For analysis of obtained spectrograms, artificial neural network (ANN) was developed. ANN can specify object composition and thickness, as well as it can detect presence and character of heterogeneities.
