The research for the effect of the main parameters of domestic Double steel belt roller chain continuous press-machine on vertical density profile of medium density fiberboard

At Yanbian Wangqing Linyuan wood limited company, we chose the 7mm floor as the substrate to be produced on the Double steel belt roller chain continuous press-machine. We had an experiment based on the running speed of the steel belt, Hot-press curve, high pressure, low pressure, Hot-press temperature and other parameters. And we also had a physical test for the product according to the national standard. After the analysis for the test, we got the base data of VDP and also the technological process. The research can be the reference for the used of the domestic Double steel belt roller chain continuous press-machine.
