Abstract :
Narrow bandwidth (70 pm), sub-nanosecond infrared pulses were produced using a signal-seeded, periodically-poled, lithium niobate optical parametric generator pumped at 7.14 kHz by a Yb-doped fiber amplifier, where the signal-seed was guided through the fiber amplifier.
