Abstract :
“Natural accumulation type” fiber filter is in high precision but reverse-wash effect is poor. Meanwhile, “orderly loaded type” fiber filter reverse-wash effect is good but it is difficult to improve the filtering effect. This paper puts forward a combination of two types of flexible filter bed advantage from the fiber filtration technology principle of feedback, and through contrast test, it confirmed that fiber bundle filter material as dense as water in a unique flexible material, the filter bed structure formation in the flexible since feedback filtering mechanism, effectively solved fiber filter material filtering and washing of contradictory technical difficult problem. The technology is simple in structure and the filtering effect is good.
