Research on the trade-related environment protection in the export of Jiangxi Province

The paper is intended to solve the problem of environment pollution of Jiangxi Province caused by the growth of the export in this province. Theodore Panayotou, a Faculty Fellow of the Environmental Economics Program at Harvard University, concluded a Function pointing out the relationship between environment quality and the influencing factors U=F(S, C, I, P, T, R, K). Being original, the Function is used in the paper to analyze how to impove the positive effects of these influencing factors on U in the development of Jiangxi´s export. It is concluded that by setting up or increasing export duty rate, using Eco-labeling to urge enterprises to make their production process environmentally-friendly, drawing up and amplifying relative regulations and granting proper financial support under the rules of the WTO, the win-win result between trade and environment-protection will be achieved.
