Abstract :
A decomposition method is developed to solve a discrete problem for optimal start-up of technological processes. The goal is minimum transient time from the initial state to the desired steady state. The method is based on an augmented functional of Lagrange and its full decomposition in the time domain on the basis of prediction of conjugate variables
