Abstract :
In this paper, agricultural streptomycin was selected as a kind of bacteriostat and several different concentrations of agricultural streptomycin were added into culture medium in order to find out the key technology of open culture of taxus cuspidate. The results showed that 0.4g/L agricultural streptomycin was the optimal concentration for inhibiting bacteria, which had no effect on tissue culture and the contamination rate was below 5%.In our experiment, plant tissue culture seeding was carried out in open condition, which simplified the course of plant tissue culture and cut the cost. This research will provide technique support for plant asexual reproduction industrialized breeding.
