Abstract :
The design and construction of a TEM horn antenna to be used for the time domain measurement of the shielding effectiveness of materials is described and measurement results of its characteristics in time domain and frequency domain using the two-antenna method are compared. The constructed TEM horn has the bandwidth of above 2 GHz
