Abstract :
This paper presents some delay independent stability criteria for linear systems with time-varying delay. The main result is stated in terms of the so-called generalized Lyapunov equation. Optimization and simplification of the main result are discussed in detail. Comparison with some other criteria in the literature is examined through analysis and examples
