Threshold of perception for capacitor discharge on the human body

The study reports on capacitor discharge on the human body. Experiments show that the capacitor value has great effect on the threshold voltage: when the value is small the threshold voltages of people are very different from each other; this difference becomes smaller and smaller when the capacitor value increases. This paper also reports on the charge and the power of discharge. An experimental formula about the charge and the capacitor is also presented
