Abstract :
In this paper, the effect of rooting agent on rooting of Taxus cuspidata was selected as the object of study. The effect of different concentrations of three kinds of rooting agents on seedling Taxus cuspidata by micro-cuttings was investigated by making use of single factor and orthogonal test design. Meanwhile, several test parameters were collected and analyzed such as the roots length, root number and rooting rate. The results showed that three rooting agents that were Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), indole acetic acid (IAA) and indole butyric acid (IBA), which the optimal interaction combination is NAA 250 mg/L, IAA 250 mg/L and IBA 150mg/L. This research wills provide theoretical guide and technical support for plant asexual reproduction industrialized breeding.
