Abstract :
According to the current situations of the high price of coal-water-slurry dispersant, heavy pollution and difficult degradation of the refined cotton wastewater, this paper takes acidulation precipitation to extract lignin from refined cotton wastewater. We selects Na2SO3 as sulfonating agent to modified the extraction lignin, the optimum conditions of modification are: the reaction temperature is between 80°C and 90°C, and the reaction time is 180min, the dosing quantity of Na2SO3 and HCHO are respectively 0.8g/g (lignin) and 0.6mL/g (lignin). The performance of coal-water-slurries (slurry of density reaches to 67.86%, viscosity reaches to 820mPa • s) which homemade lignosulfonate is used as dispersant meet the industry requirement of coal water slurry preparation.
