  • Abstract
The possibility of introducing a multimode (MM) optical fiber into an interferometry system was investigated. The interferometry pattern can be observed when the MM fiber is used, although some image degradation occurs. However, in the case of the MM fiber, the speckle pattern duplicates itself on the interferometry image, and this change can damage the interferometry image. Based on the experiment presented, it was found that the speckle pattern is very sensitive to fiber movement
