  • Abstract
    In a semiconductor digital multiplexer (using photo MOS relays) in order to select one of the many pulse-train signals with fast rise/fall time, leakage of the pulse train is observed at a non-selection point due to stray capacity existing on the non-selection switch. This paper proposes a leakage suppression circuit, and proves the effectiveness of it analytically and experimentally
