Abstract :
The results of immunity investigations on microcontrollers against impulsive disturbances described in this paper show that the susceptibility depends directly on the microcontroller´s operational functions, especially on the microinstructions used for an assembler instruction. As a result, the fault frequency can change within some nanoseconds between 0% and 100%
