Customer relationship management is the product of advanced information technologies and the modern management science, customer relationship management strategy is important in modern logistics, establish a scientific and efficient logistics enterprise customer relationship management architecture, the architecture contains customer contact layer, management level and decision support layer. Several implementation key technologies of the logistics enterprise customer relationship management were explored.
