Abstract :
The paper concerns the experience gained in the implementation in the Kyrgyz Republic of the first official ITU spectrum management software, the basic automated spectrum management system (BASMS). Some advice on the BASMS operation are presented. Particularly, an advanced classification system of administrative record codes (ADMIN ID-s) for the BASMS practical operation is proposed.
