Technical Measures of Fruit and Vegetable Transportation

In this paper the necessity of strengthening transportation of fruit and vegetable is discussed systematically. And combined to the characteristic of fruit and vegetable, and the situation of cold storage transportation, storage and transportation relevant technique requirement of fruit and vegetables is analysed, such as temperature, humidity, gas composition, package and vibration, and according to experimental data, storage and transportation relevant technique requirement of fruit and vegetables are advanced. Finally a case study is carried out to analyse advantages of each mode, and probes into the feasibility of how to strengthen transportation of fruit and vegetable, and how to improve the quality of transportation.
