Abstract :
The information process is along with the whole material process in logistics system. It can improve the logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs to manage and control the information process of logistics system. This paper redesigns the information process based on BPR (business process reengineering), and makes the logistics system of information process more smoothly and efficiently, and makes the management of logistics systems more scientific.
