Abstract :
Companies are opening up to their partners (using instituted, regular or sporadic relations) and it is an inescapable characteristic of the market evolution. This need of networking rests on several aspects: concurrency, exchange improvement of information, products increasing complexity. This article deals with enterprise interoperability in order to research on information system design in a collaborative context. The development of collaborative management information system (MIS) relates to the knowledge of developing software and the management experience. It is necessary to change idea and pursue effective reliable method. Conceptual models developed during systems analysis are used to support understanding of and communication about the real world domain. This article introduces the design and development of the MIS of electromechanical enterprise, analyses MIS development approach based on UML and summarizes the advantage.
