The database construction and testing on Angiosperm Family retrieval system of Inner Mongolia

According to the plant description of Flora of Inner Mongolia, and taking 122 main characteristics of 114 angiosperm families in Inner Mongolia as the main study object, a database of plant characteristics was established. Based on the existing plants Family retrieval system model, developed the Inner Mongolia Angiosperm Family Retrieval System (IMAFRS). The system can realize plant family multi-way retrieval. This study has provided a simple and effective search tool in protection, development and utilization of plant resources in Inner Mongolia, and also provided technical experience for further research on plant retrieval of Inner Mongolia.
