Abstract
In very congested cities, the traffic road is a consistent problem, where the driver loss a lot of time in travelling from one point to another due to the increased traffic. For that we propose a communication mechanism between a set of fixed base stations distributed randomly has the role to identify the mobile user (represented by a car) and to define its direction fall back on a public switched telephone devices, then propose an alternative path in the case of congested road. Our system is expected to reduce the traffic road without the need of additional devices or a particular software to be integrated in the vehicle. Our expectation that our system can reduce the traffic about 12.5% if the central base station can predict correctly the direction of one mobile terminal from each eight mobile terminal, and this is a very important percentage in the crowded cities.
