Abstract :
This paper describes a remarkable computer controlled simulator developed by Osaka Prefectural Police with the object of evaluating and verifying the performance of a dynamic traffic management system. It is a simulator that simulates each vehicle, and an evaluation of the signal control parameter using data collected from detectors as well as the one actually operated became possible under various traffic conditions
