Abstract :
Bit-and-power-loading(BPL) [power-loading (PL)] offers the best (worst) performance. For MMFs of <;300m PL is effective for escalating an optical OFDM MMF link performance to its maximum potential; for longer MMFs, BPL has to be adopted.
