Abstract :
This paper describes the design and construction of a GPR test site and some radar profdes obtained with it. The test site is flled with layers of three soils with different dielectric properties containing a distribution of manufactured elements of various materials and sizes. It is designed for teaching and research, and can be used to check the penetration and resolution of different types of GPR in detecting and distinguishing anomalies.
