Abstract :
We report high speed operation in WDM-PON with low-bandwidth RSOA using partial response equalization and optical filter detuning techniques. 20 Gb/s transmission over 10 km fiber is demonstrated with good performance using only 1-GHz-bandwidth RSOA.
