Abstract :
This paper is focused on before and after changes of agile implementation and describing the successful testing goals of agile implementation in Flow Product Project (Telecom Project). After implementation of agile methodology in Tech Mahindra, team would really gain a drastic change in testing activity, continuous delivery, customer satisfaction and also help to meet challenges of changing requirements and new functionalities.
