Abstract :
Compound dust suppressant was applied in coal transportation, which is made of the basic raw material such as cellulosic polymers, glycerol and calcium chloride. By comprehensive performance measurement experiment, the best formula is made by 0.4% Cellulose-based polymer and 2% glycerol. Dust efficiency can reach to 99.58%. In addition, the viscosity of the solution and layer thickness is 8.371 × 10−4 Pa • S and 4mm respectively, and the layer can withstand the minimum pressure is 16.3KPa.
