Research on the impact factors for ESE system´s coordinated development of Jilin province´s state-owned forest region

This paper viewed the state-owned forest region as a whole, formed a composite ESE system of three subsystems- economic, social and environment. Each State-owned forest micro-area´s economic, social and environmental development conditions are similar, but the factors impacting directions and degree for micro-area´s economic development were different. This paper evaluated the impact factors of ESE system´s coordinated development in state-owned forest region of Jilin Province by using the gray dynamic evaluation method to build gray dynamic model of coordinated development, thus to identify the profit guidance factors and limiting factors impacting the coordinated development of forest region.
