The choice of the environment for the physical activity

In recent years, many health problems caused by physical activity environment have been the issues with an increasing concern. People who often exercise began to be more concerned about the safety of their exercise environment and the impact of the enviroment on health. This thesis points out the importance of the physical activity environment to human health from the current situation of physical exercise and provides methodes and guidance for choosing the exercise environment.
